We are currently recruiting for experienced care assistants to work in various residential homes for the elderly with dementia.
Duties include personal care, meal preparation and domestic duties, to provide compassionate, person-centered care and support to elderly individuals living with dementia, helping them maintain dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life while offering emotional reassurance to both residents and their families.

Requirements
Minimum of 1 years experience as a HCA
Experience in elderly care, dementia care, healthcare support, or social care.
Understanding of dementia-related conditions, behaviors, and person-centered care approaches.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, compassion, and emotional resilience.
Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.
Basic health and safety knowledge.
Relevant certifications such as Health & Social Care, Dementia Care Training, or Care Certificate (preferred).
Enchanced DBS checked.
SCW Registered.
