We are currently recruiting for night care staff working alongside a friendly staff team in a small residential setting supporting residents with learning difficulties in the Caerphilly area.
Duties include personal care, meal preparation and domestic duties, to provide compassionate, person-centered care and support to elderly individuals living with dementia, helping them maintain dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life while offering emotional reassurance to both residents and their families.

Requirements
Job requirements.
Minimum 1 years experience in a social care position.
NVQ level 3 Helath & Social care
Manual Handling training.
Medication Administration
Understanding of dementia-related conditions, behaviors, and person-centered care approaches.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patience, compassion, and emotional resilience.
Ability to manage challenging behaviors calmly and professionally.
Team leadership
Basic health and safety knowledge.
Enchanced DBS checked.
SCW Registered.
